Material safety data sheets for chemical products purchased from Applied Materials or supplied with Applied Materials equipment are available via our Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) vault.

アプライドマテリアルズ社からご購入いただいた化学物質/ケミカル製品、もしくはアプライドマテリアルズ社の装置/機器とともに提供させていただきました化学物質/ケミカル製品に関する物性安全データは、弊社(アプライドマテリアルズ社)の製品安全データシート（MSDS）データベースからご参照いただけます。

添付のボタン（MSDS VAULT)　をクリックしていただくと自動的にMSDSデータベースのWEBページにジャンプしログインされます。

もし、クリックしても１０秒以内に自動的にジャンプしない場合には、ご使用のブラウザのアドレスに ”http://www.amatmsds.com”　と入力していただき、そのWEBページのの　user name　と　password　の両方に "amatcustomer"（半角英字）　と入力いただいて　GO　ボタンをクリックいただくと　MSDSデータベースのWEBページにジャンプしログインされます。
